Wooden Tap Handle Design Options
At Green Mountain Tap Handles we have a very caple wood shop and expansive knowledge of woodworking techniques. The large majority of our tap markers are milled from rough lumber in-house.
Turning
We employ several turning techniques to acheive the final product depending on the design and quantity required. These include High-Production turning, Template turning, and CNC turning.
CNC Milling
Whether we’re producing a one-off handle as a prototype or doing high volume production runs, our multiple CNC mills can handle a wide variety of complex shapes and designs.
Laser Cutting & Engraving
The precision capabilites of laser engraving make this process perfect for intricate logos and artwork while adding a degree of elegegance and class to your design.
Finishes
We have a large variety of finishing options available. We work closely with a local paint manufacturer for producing custom colors and finishes to meet our client’s needs.
